Statutory Annual Leave

The Law changed in relation to Annual Leave Entitlement.  From 1 April 2009 statutory holiday entitlement for full time workers increased from 4.8 weeks to 5.6 weeks (28 days), inclusive of annual public and bank holiday days.  Holiday entitlement accrual now equates to 2.33 days per month.  Part time employees are entitled to a proportion of 28 days annual holiday dependant on the number of days worked per week.
