Terms & Conditions

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions of your use of the website qualityhrdocs.co.uk and your purchase of documents and HR advisory service (“goods”) provided via this website. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Legal Advice and Disclaimer
The use of the Website constitutes your acceptance without modification to the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you should not use any of the documents or information contained herein and you should leave the Website immediately.

Trading Name
qualityhrdocs.co.uk is the ecommerce trading site for HR Response.  All documents contained within the website, and advice given to customers of qualityhrdocs.co.uk as a result of using the website is created/compiled explicitly by HR Response.   HR Response is a privately owned company of sole trader status with no affiliations to any other business. We are not required to have a company registration number but we are registered for VAT.  Our VAT registration number is: 911174064.

Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the documents no automatic right of refund or cancellation exists after a document has been purchased by you in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000.  You should ensure that any information supplied by you is correct before proceeding to payment.  HR Response does not accept responsibility or offer refunds if you provide incorrect information.
Refunds will only be considered at the absolute discretion of the Management of HR Response.  If technical difficulties were experienced during the downloading process, HR Response will replace affected documents if a replacement is claimed within a reasonable time frame from the original document(s) being purchased.

Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the remaining individual paragraphs, which will remain in force.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us concerning its subject matter.

Agreement

  1. The contents of any document, or the use of the Website www.qualityhrdocs.co.uk does not constitute individual legal advice. All of the documents provided on the website should be used in conjunction with proper HR and/or legal advice where required.
  2. The documents are generic only and, where appropriate, may be personalised to suit your own specific circumstances.
  3. Each document has protected text.  The use of protected text is intended to ensure the document contains all the necessary detail to ensure legal compliance.  However, HR Response take no responsibility or liability when this text is altered.
  4. Documents usually contain areas of text/single words that can be/need to be changed by the customer to ensure personal and/or company information can be included.

The law is subject to change, and while every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of their content, the information contained in the documents may, during the passage of time, become outdated. If in doubt, please contact HR Response to ensure you are using the most up to date version of your document.
  6. Although great care has been taken in the compilation and preparation of the goods, HR Response does not guarantee the accuracy, content, or timeliness of online or electronic services or that they or related systems are free from viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties.
  7. HR Response’s entire liability shall be the replacement of documents purchased from qualityhrdocs.co.uk. In no event will HR Response be liable for damages of any kind, direct, indirect or consequential (including, but not limited to loss of the profits) however arising, even if HR Response has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
  8. Management Guides are free of charge documents aimed to highlight the main issue in each area. These guides do not intend to set out full details of the law as it applies in each of the areas covered and you may need to seek further legal advice, particularly where contracts, policies and procedures are already in place.
  9. Nothing contained in the Website is intended to constitute detailed advice on particular issues of any sort, whether legal or otherwise and the basis on which you acquire or make use of any information or document is that the information or document is suitable for use by you in conjunction with proper advice as to its application and adaptation for your particular requirements. HR Response reserves the right to withdraw access to the website where it is believed that usernames and passwords have been disclosed to a third party.  If you suspect that your username and password are being used by a third party you should immediately email customerservices@qualityhrdocs.co.uk
  14. qualityhrdocs.co.uk may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties.  We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content.  Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements, or information contained in such websites.
  15. Complaints about our service or any of our products please contact us at customerservices@qualityhrdocs.co.uk. We shall endeavour to respond to complaints within 7 working days.
  16. We reserve the right to alter the Terms and Conditions from time to time, but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making a purchase using qualityhrdocs.co.uk.
