Long Term Absence - Letter 3

This letter should be used when all other ways of trying to open dialogue with your employee on long term absence has failed. This letter further explains to the employee the reason(s) why communication is important, and what the consequences might be in thier continued refusal to communicate with their employer. However, should you be considering terminating an employee's contract of employment at this stage, you are strongly advised to seek HR / legal advice.
